Vegan French Silk Pie
Description
What's better than chocolate? Nothing. That's what :) This pie is smooth and creamy and the coconut whipped topping really adds a nice contrasting texture. Despite my challenges with this recipe...this time, I actually like the topping more than I did for my test pies.
Recommended brands of full fat coconut milk: Thai Kitchen and Native Forest. Goya gave me grief!
