Onion, cut into 1cm thick slices, larger outer rings used
Panko bread crumbs
½ cup plain flour
¼ cup corn flour or corn starch
2 tsp oat flour
1 egg
½ cup water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
Oil for shallow frying
