Pinch salt
Pinch pepper
Coating:
½ cup flour
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp salt
2 beaten eggs
Cream Gravy:
3 tbs oil
¼ cup flour
1 cup milk
½ cup liquid beef stock / broth (optional, can substitute for milk)
Salt
Pepper
Oil for frying steak
