    Brown Rice + Salsa

    This is something I made a lot when I was a vegetarian.

    You cook up a cup of brown rice and put it in a pot. Add some of your favorite salsa, then add in some fresh vegetables like peppers, carrots, broccoli, anything you like. Put it on low low heat and cover it for 10 minutes stirring it every few minutes. SOOOOO yummy and healthy!

    That does sound lovely!

    I would try this with quinoa

    Sound nice for me as I hardly make vegetable dishes here but I will defiantly try it and taste it. Hope it will be great experience. Do you have any special things which I need to take care?
