1) shop - chicken breasts or thighs - boneless is better but bone in is okay. Baby Carrots.
2) Prep: Throw chicken breasts in crockpot, cover with water. Dump bag of baby carrots in. Add salt, pepper, and spices of your choice OR dump in a bottle of your favorite salad dressing. Add more water until everything is covered.
3) Turn crockpot on and cook on high for around 5-7 hours or low for 8-10 hours.

You can eat it by:
1) scooping it out of the water and adding butter & cheese to it
2) throw in a couple of handfuls of uncooked pasta for about 40 minutes at the end to create a casserole.
3) eat it in a bowl with crackers as a soup.
4) serve it over rice or mashed potatoes
