Hi there! I'm brand new to the forum, but I've always been a big fan of recipes! OK, that's only half true.... I"m a big fan of recipes, but like most people who enjoy cooking, I almost never follow them exactly. There's always some little change that I like to think makes a recipe even better.

I can't wait to see what delicious foods everyone creates - or makes - and eats!
